SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico, Dec. 11, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Red Cat Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: RCAT) (\u201cRed Cat\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a drone technology company integrating robotic hardware and software for military, government, and commercial operations, today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 18,400,000 shares of its common stock, including 2,400,000 shares sold upon full exercise of the underwriter\u2019s option to purchase additional shares, at a public offering price of $0.50 per share for gross proceeds of $9,200,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses.<\/p>

The Company intends to use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, working capital, and capital expenditures.<\/p>

ThinkEquity acted as sole book-running manager for the offering.<\/p>

The offering is being made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement that has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the \u201cSEC\u201d).
